The Design I Want Hasn't Been Unlocked Yet. Shoud I Still Pledge?
Absolutely! By pledging to the campaign even when your preferred design isn’t available yet, helps the campaign reach its goals! If there’s an item you really want that has a lofty goal, help us reach it by sharing the campaign with your friends and family, or share with others online. Re-posts and shares on social media help me reach a larger audience, and will help us fund more designs!

Are the stickers waterproof?
Yes! Both the individual stickers and the stickersheets are made of waterproof vinyl. The individual stickers should be fine in a dishwasher and will hold up very well on cars/ outside. Though I haven’t personally tested the sticker sheet durability, my manufacturer has assured me that they are waterproof and very durable.

Can I change my pledge?
Yes! You should be able to upgrade to most pledge levels once you get your survey. You can also add any pins, keychains, and stickers to your order as you like in the survey and pre-order store!

When will I receive my items?
I’m hoping to get everyone’s orders delivered to them by the end of May/ early June! This should allow for production time, sorting, and shipping. Orders within the US usually take about 2-6 days to get to you once they’ve been shipped, and international orders may take between 2-3 weeks.

Campaign Freebies?
ALL backers for this campaign will receive a FREE sticker of their choice from the unlocked designs (Galactic Bee, Pink Butterfly Nebula, Orange Butterfly Nebula, and Galaxy Snail). All backers of 5 of more pins will also get the option to choose a FREE sticker sheet! If you pledged for less than 5 pins but add more to your order (to total 5 or more) I will still throw in a free sticker sheet :) If you pledged to my partner campaign, Howl & Harmony, you will also receive a FREE 2 part magnetic keychain. One half will arrive with your pledge from my shop, and the other half will come with your pledge items from their campaign. I plan to also design a postcard print/ info sheet to go with each order (included free for supporting my campaign) as well as backer cards to attach the pins to for shipping. Not sure if this counts as a freebie/ campaign extra, but it will make your orders more fun to open once they arrive :) Want more stickers? What is BackerKit?
BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
